RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY $50 Fee for SAME DAY RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION CLIENTS MUST RESCHEDULE/CANCEL WITHIN 12 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT LATE FEE POLICY $25 Automatically added to any service that starts 20 min behind scheduled appointment DEPOSIT POLICY ALL HALF deposits can go towards the next service if the client need to reschedule (1 rescheduled appointment ONLY). UP TO 2 WEEKS IF CLIENT LOSE DEPOSIT If cancelled without a reschedule deposits are non-refundable. NEW CLIENT POLICY New Clients: $35 On-Site or Zoom Consultation before booking.  After booking $35 is deducted from the total balance after service is completed. PAYMENTS No cash, cash app or any other 3rd party payment options. Copy of Driver's License and a non-dispute form for all clients rendering services.
