Service Description

FEE FOR HAIR THAT IS TANGLED, MATTED OR HAS GLUE IN IT. There also will be a fee added on hair that has to be blown out because of tangles before services can be rendered. This is just a base price the price will go up if the tangles are extreme or if we require special tools.
