Trial Session Your makeup trial is a stress-free opportunity to explore different looks. We’ll work together to find the perfect style—whether it's a soft, glowing look or a bold, glamorous statement—ensuring you feel confident and beautiful for your big day. Engagement Portraits For your engagement portraits, we’ll create a makeup look that enhances your features and complements the love and joy of this special time. Whether you want a natural glow or a bit more drama, we’ll make sure you shine in every shot. Bridal Portraits Bridal portraits are your chance to perfect your wedding day look. We’ll craft a flawless makeup style that lasts all day, from soft, romantic tones to a timeless, sophisticated finish, making sure you look picture-perfect. Wedding Day Glam On your wedding day, we’ll create a makeup look that is as beautiful as it is long-lasting, keeping you radiant from the first kiss to the last dance. With our expert touch, you’ll feel like the best version of yourself, confidently glowing throughout your celebration. Travel: An additional mileage charge is applicable for on location appointments and start at $100. Travel accommodations outside of Louisiana will be at client expenses (travel, flight, hotel, food, parking,etc.) TRAVEL IS NOT INCLUDED AND WILL NEED TO BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Cancellation Policy
POLICIES BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed bridal contract and 50% retainer are required. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. This retainer will be put toward the client's total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due 30 DAYS PRIOR OF WEDDING EVENT. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, zelle, and all major credit cards. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. (NOTE: bridal consultations and retainer fees are two separate costs.) CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are available for brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, guest speakers, etc. NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the bride's consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee. DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled hairstyle exceeds the allotted time due to client delays. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Hairstyle will be completed to the client's satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed hairstyle is acknowledgement by the client that the hairstyle is done to the client's satisfaction. PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event. TRAVEL FEES: Baton Rouge, La ONSITE services have a $150 fee. All onsite services have a fee of $350 up to 60 miles outside Baton Rouge, La. Beyond the 60 miles outside of Baton Rouge, La travel fee will be assessed during consultation based on travel time and miles. LIABILITY: All tools used for styling are sanitized before each appointment. Stylist (Debra Nicholas) is not liable for any damage to hair before appointment or any damages due to client's choice of products or anything done to hair prior to or after appointment without stylist knowledge. PAYMENT: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the hairstylist departs - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (45) days prior to the client's reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
