Service Description
Express Smoothing System is a thermal therapy smoothing system that uses heat-activated amino acids to temporarily stretch the disulfide bonds inside of the hair shaft. Clients who receive the treatment have increased smoothness, shine, and manageability.help to de-frizz the hair and add shine without disrupting its texture. Basically, if you're happy with your waves and curls, but would love to cut down on frizz (and loosen your texture a bit), you should try a smoothing treatment.
Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY $50 Fee for SAME DAY RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION CLIENTS MUST RESCHEDULE/CANCEL WITHIN 12 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT LATE FEE POLICY $25 Automatically added to any service that starts 15 min behind scheduled appointment DEPOSIT POLICY All half deposits can go towards the next service if the client need to reschedule (1 rescheduled appointment ONLY). If cancelled without a reschedule deposits are non-refundable. NEW CLIENT POLICY New Clients: $35 On-Site or Zoom Consultation before booking. After booking $35 is deducted from the total balance after service is completed. PAYMENTS No cash, cash app or any other 3rd party payment options. Copy of Driver's License and a non-dispute form for all clients rendering services. If clients dispute any transactions, criminal charges will be filed. BOOKING All clients MUST BOOK through the site or call the salon at (346) 551-7329 for an appointment. We DO NOT book through 3rd party sites such as social media.
